GRANDMA'S CREAMED CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken (or if you prefer, chicken breasts)
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell)
1 c. milk
1 can peas
1 can carrots

Brown chicken in oil until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk to chicken. Add peas and carrots. Simmer until done. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
