CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. light cream
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt, pepper & cayenne pepper

Cook broccoli in 2 cups water. Blend in blender using water. Add to soup, sour cream and light cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lightly add cayenne pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
