CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 small onion, chopped
cooking oil
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 c. grated American cheese
2 soup cans of milk

Sauté onion in cooking oil in skillet until soft. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
