CREAM BROCCOLI/CHEESE SOUP 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3 soup cans of milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 medium stalk of broccoli

Cover broccoli with a small amount of water. Boil broccoli until tender; drain and chop. Sauté the onion in the butter. Add the soups, milk, cheese whiz, pepper and nutmeg; use a wire whisk, stir over low heat to a simmer. Add the broccoli and heat.
