SAVORY NEW POTATOES 
3 lbs. new potatoes
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. fines herbes, basil or summer savory
Diced red, yellow, or green bell pepper (if desired)

Scrub potatoes and place in large saucepan. Add water to cover potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes; drain. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices and place in serving dish.

Combine butter and herbs. Drizzle butter mixture over potatoes, and sprinkle with diced bell peppers. Serves 6-8.
