GREEN TOMATO PIE 
3 c. green tomato slices
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 tbsp. butter
Pastry for two crust 9 inch pie

Slice unpeeled tomatoes in 1/4th inch slices. Arrange slices in pastry shell and season with salt and spices. Sprinkle flour over the tomatoes and cover with brown sugar and molasses. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
