STEAK PIZZIOLA 
1 well trimmed chuck steak
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, pepper
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil

In a heavy saucepan, brown meat on both sides and remove. Brown garlic and onions in same pan. Simmer until limp. Add tomatoes and seasoning and cook for 15 minutes.

Add steak. Cover with sauce from pan and continue to cook until steak is cooked and tender. Serve with spaghetti.
