CRUSTLESS PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Beat eggs for 1 minute. Add flour, sugar and salt, beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pie plate. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
