STRAWBERRY YOGURT DESSERT 
12 foil cupcake liners
12 vanilla wafers
1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
0.3 oz. strawberry sugar-free gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes
8 oz. strawberry flavored sugar-free low-fat yogurt

Put cupcake liners in cupcake tins. Place vanilla wafers in liners, then put the sliced strawberries on the vanilla wafers. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add ice cubes and stir until melted. Blend the strawberry yogurt into the gelatin mixture. Spoon the gelatin-yogurt mixture onto the strawberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before using.

It's so good to have a Jello recipe that does NOT contain Cool Whip (has hydrogenated fats) that is not good for us.
