COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; cool. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
