1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peeled and chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg and sugar until smooth. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and stir into mixture. Add apples, nuts and vanilla.

Bake in buttered pie pan or 8-inch square pan at 350°F for 35 minutes. Serve cold with whipped cream.
