OZARK PUDDING 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped apples (I use one apple with skin on)
1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg well; add sugar, flour, baking powder and salt to egg mixture. Blend well; add apple, nuts and vanilla.

Pour into well greased pie tin.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

This is a fast dessert and good served warm!
