BACON WRAPPED BEEF PATTIES 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. diced onions
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12-16 strips bacon, uncooked (1 lb.)

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Mix well. Divide mixture in half. Shape each half into 11 inch long roll. Place 6-8 strips of bacon on sheet of wax paper. Place beef roll on one end of bacon strips. Roll forward, using wax paper to help wrap bacon around beef roll. Cut roll into 6-8 patties (1 per bacon strip). Secure bacon ends with toothpicks. Repeat with other roll. Place patties on broiler rack. Broil 7 inches from heat source for 6 minutes. (Alternate cooking method: Bake whole beef rolls at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.)
