NO CARROT - CARROT CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 sm. can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. flour
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. raisins

Mix sugar, Crisco and eggs. Add next 8 ingredients and mix thoroughly. add raisins and pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes, greased 9x13 pan.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 stick butter
2 - 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts and coconut, 1 c. each
