1 pt. milk
2 or 3 scoops ice cream
2 dessert spoons of powdered sugar (1 tbsp. American)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 dessert spoons of coffee essence or 3 tsp. dissolved instant coffee
Grated baking chocolate or nutmeg

Whip all together and top with a little whipped cream and grated chocolate or nutmeg. Serves 3.
