SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf of frozen white bread (thawed to room temp.)
1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (chopped up)

Fry sausage and crumble it up. Drain. Roll bread on a floured surface into a rectangle (approximately 20 x 6 inches). In middle of bread place chopped mozzarella as first layer. Next place sausage on top of cheese. Take sides of bread and fold overlapping a little seal together with water. Place on ungreased cookie sheet seam side down. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until bread is golden (about 20-30 minutes). Slice and serve hot.

This can be used as a main meal by adding a vegetable as the third layer. Use thawed chopped spinach or broccoli.
