HIGH PROTEIN EGGNOG | |
1 qt. whole milk 3/4 c. powdered milk 2 eggs 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Nutmeg according to taste Beat eggs. Add whole milk and sugar. Mix well. Sprinkle powdered milk and flavoring over mixture. Beat or blend until smooth. Chill thoroughly before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. VARIATIONS FOR ONE SERVING: CHOCOLATE: Use 1 tablespoon instant cocoa mix and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. BANANA: Mash banana until smooth. Add to egg mixture with vanilla. MAPLE: Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup for 1 tablespoon sugar. |
