GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
3/4 of 10 qt. bucket tomatoes
4 hot peppers
12 bell peppers
6 lg. onions
1 qt. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
No water

Chop vegetables. Cook all together until tender. Seal in jars.
