HAM SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed, 1/2"
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 pkg. smoked ham, cut up
1 pinch of salt
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. cottage cheese

Lightly grease 2 quart casserole dish. Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick until smooth. Stir in all other ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
