SPINACH-HAM APPETIZER PIE
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury pie crust
1 (12 oz.) frozen spinach souffle (Stouffer's)
1/2 of an 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 c. finely chopped ham, 1/2 to 1 inch thick

Let crust set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Put souffle in microwave bowl at medium-low for 5 minutes. Break mixture with a fork, cook 3-5 more minutes or until thawed; stir once.

Unfold pie crust and place one on a ungreased baking sheet (cookie sheet). Spread souffle mixture on crust (leave 1/2 inch from edge to allow room for sealing.) Sprinkle chestnuts and ham over mixture 1/2 inch from edge. Moisten the 1/2 inch of crust space with water to allow top layer to seal.

Place second crust over mixture and brush with milk. Cut slits on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned slightly. Cool - cut into wedges. Serves 16.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
