HAM-SPINACH ROLL-UPS 
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 thin sliced cooked ham
3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix

In mixing bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and curry powder. Remove 1/2 cup of sauce and set aside. Mix 1/2 cup of sauce with the spinach and Worcestershire. Divide spinach mixture among ham slices. Roll up and set aside. Prepare stuffing according to directions; spoon into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Place ham rolls, seam side down, atop stuffing. Spoon remaining sauce over all. Cover with foil. Can refrigerate up to 24 hours. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more.
