TOMATO SOUP CAKE | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. shortening 2 eggs 1 can tomato soup 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. flour Blend sugar, shortening and eggs thoroughly. Add tomato soup to which soda has been added. Sift all dry ingredients together; then add to first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. ICING: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 cake of Philadelphia cream cheese 1 tsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla |
