HAM SWEET AND SOUR 
1 lb. canned ham, sliced 1/2 in. thick
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Place pineapple slices between 1/2 inch ham slices. Hold together with skewer to reform shape of ham. Place pineapple juice into saucepan. Add chili sauce, honey, onion, lime juice, and garlic. Mix cornstarch and cold water, stir into juice mixture. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. Pour over ham and pineapple slices. Heat ham until hot.
