SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts
1 c. wide egg noodles
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, blend soup and milk together until smooth. Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. 10 servings.
