ZIPPY CHICKEN STIR-FRY 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. oil
3 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned, cut into thin strips
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. red pepper strips
1 c. carrot slices
1/4 c. green onion slices
1 garlic clove, minced
4 c. hot cooked rice

Stir together salad dressing, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper; set aside. Heat oil in wok or large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 minutes. Add vegetables and garlic; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in salad dressing mixture; simmer 30 seconds. Serve over rice. 3 to 4 servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 8 minutes.
