RHUBARB CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Place rhubarb in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle sugar and Jello over it, then pour the cup of water over all. Add the dry cake mix and slice the butter very fine and dot the top of all with it. 375 degrees, 40 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or sprinkle confectionery sugar on top.
