CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 pkg. cranberries (about 4 c.) coarsely ground 2 c. sugar 1 c. pineapple tidbits 2 c. Tokay grapes, cut in half & seeded 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Combine coarsely ground or chopped cranberries with sugar. Let stand for 2 days in refrigerator. Drain and add fruits, nuts and Cool Whip. NOTE: Frozen cranberries are easier to chop or grind. |
