FRIED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up (3 lbs. or more)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Soul seasoning or season salt on each piece
1 c. flour

Dip chicken in flour in a cooking bag. Put in frying pan and cover, cook about 10 minutes (low heat), turn with fork until crispy brown for 15 minutes. Turn 2 to 3 times during cooking.
