RICE PUDDING 
3 c. cooked rice
3 c. milk
1/2 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 c. sugar & 1 egg, beaten together
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly to boiling. Add cinnamon/nutmeg to taste.
