CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 c. frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in orange peel, orange juice, egg until moist. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean (8 inch loaf - 1 1/4 hours or 9 inch loaf - 55-65 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. 24 slices, 105 calories per slice.
