2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick, uncooked oatmeal

Bring sugar, butter, cocoa and milk to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove; stir in peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Spoon out on waxed paper and let stand until cool.
