I made these cookies, and man, I gotta say, these are awesome. Too easy. Too good. Only thing, when I made mine, I mixed in a package of instant hot cocoa mix with the milk before I mixed everything, and they came out awesome. I can't stop eating these cookies!!

Made these for the family this evening. Used gluten-free oats due to dietary restrictions. My modification - I added chocolate chips. WONDERFUL!!!! So glad I stumbled across this recipe.

Okay, they taste real yummy but came out super soft.... would it be because I blended 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar to it; also, had the oven on already at 350°F, so I popped them in for 12 minutes......couldn't leave them in any longer as they would have burnt. Making my second pan now, have reduced heat to 325°F and will leave in for 15 min.
