PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. oats

Combine flour and baking soda. Set aside.

Combine corn syrup and peanut butter and mix well. Add egg whites, sugar and vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix well. Fold in oats. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 375°F oven for 8 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen.
