PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced mushroom
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. cooked macaroni
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (24 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4-6 oz.) pkg. thin pepperoni slices

Brown beef, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, drain, season, add pizza sauce to beef and cook macaroni. Alternate layers of cheeses and pepperoni with meat mixture, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If too dry add a little V8 or tomato juice.
