MICROWAVE POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice potatoes into microwave serving dish, leaving skins on. Lay slices of butter on top of the potatoes. Salt the potatoes. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once a quarter turn.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
