MEMERE'S PENUCHI FUDGE 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 heaping tbsp. marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine first 4 ingredients and cook on high heat 1-12 minutes (or 230 degrees) until when dropped in cold water, it forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add butter and marshmallow; beat by hand until it begins to thicken. Stir in walnuts and pour into an 8 x 8 inch buttered pan.
