QUICK & EASY BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
3/4 box powdered sugar
2 1/4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. hot coffee, enough to thin

Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into cookie sheet, must be thin. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Topping mix all put on top while hot. Refrigerate to set.
