SHEPHERDS PIE 
2 to 3 lbs. meat (ground beef or lamb or both)
2 tbsp. parsley
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cooked vegetables (corn or carrots or peas)
Mashed potatoes

Brown meat, add onion and parsley. Put in bottom of casserole dish then place in vegetables. Cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
