ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD | |
20 oz. can chunk pineapple, unsweetened 16 oz. can sliced peaches 11 oz. can mandarin oranges 3 med. bananas, sliced 2 med. apples, chopped 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 of 6 oz. can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate 3/4 c. plain low fat yogurt Drain fruit and put in large bowl. In small bowl combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice. Beat with rotary beater 2 to 3 minutes until well blended. Beat in yogurt. Fold into fruit. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serves 10. |
