BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 stick melted butter
2 1/2 c. flour (1/2 c. may be Bisquick)
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Spoon into big Texas size muffin pans and sprinkle lemon juice on top before baking.
