PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
2 (9 oz.) cans pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can carnation evaporated milk
1 tsp. ginger
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 to 1 c. melted butter

Mix pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture. Pour melted butter over the top next. Finally, pour nuts over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. May top with cool whip to serve.
