TUNA PATE 
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans tuna
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients with large fork in bowl (do not use food processor or blender). Put into mold or bowl (spray with Pam). Refrigerate for at least 12 hours (36 hours better). Serve with crackers.
