26 Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 c. butter
2 sqs. chocolate
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar

Cook chocolate, milk, egg and sugar. Pour chocolate mixture over cookie crumbs. Slice on 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with Spanish Peanuts. Freeze.
