TUNA FISH HOT DISH 
1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna fish or chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. pimento
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. cashews (optional)

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter. Add soup, milk, water and remaining ingredients except noodles and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add noodles and nuts just before serving.
