FUDGE SAUCE 
4 sq. baking chocolate
1 stick butter
1 pinch of salt
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (1 1/3 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter. Add salt and sugar. Add evaporated milk. Bring to boil and cook until sugar is melted and sauce is creamy (2 to 3 minutes). Add vanilla. Makes 1 quart.
