SOPAIPILLAS 
4 c. all purpose flour, sifted
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortening
1 to 1 1/2 c. water
Honey

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Add enough water to make a soft dough. Roll dough out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch squares and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve warm with honey or cinnamon and sugar.
