HOMESTEADER'S QUICK BREAD 
3 c. All-Purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. molasses
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. raisins

Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda, baking powder and oats in large mixing bowl. Add molasses and buttermilk; mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Turn into two greased 8 1/2 x 2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. Cool.
