TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans corn
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 (4 oz.) cans jalapeno peppers
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice

Brown ground beef in a soup pot; drain. Add all other ingredients and bring to a simmer. With lid on, simmer for 4 hours. Serve with sour cream and cheese.
