3-4 lb. round steak, cut
1 green pepper, chopped
1 16 oz. can tomatoes
1 small pkg. baby carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce

Cook meat overnight in crock pot; no water just meat. Add all other ingredients and cook until tender.
