FLAT BREAD 
1 1/2 tbsp. rapid yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. more flour
1 cube butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Let stand 3-4 minutes. Add the beaten egg and the 1 1/2 cups flour, beat until smooth. Add oil, salt and rest of flour. Dough will be slightly sticky, add more flour if needed and knead until smooth.

Place wet cloth over bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thick and cut in 2 inch circles. Melt butter in bundt or tube pan. Place circles on edge in melted butter forming a wheel. Let rise 1 hour. Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes. Let bread cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out.
